A 3-day short course, 17-19 September 2025
Explore the historical links between art and medicine and pharmacy in the capital through this immersive short course set across six London museums and galleries across three days in September 2025.
The varied programme takes delegates from the Society of Apothecaries and Museum of the Order of St John, through the Medicine Galleries at the Science Museum and the Hunterian Museum, to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Museum and the Museum of the Mind.
Talks, curator-led tours, and collections sessions range from stained glass and botanical illustrations, to contemporary commissions and anatomical drawing, to pharmacy jars and caricatures. BSHP are delighted to support the Apothecaries to offer a subsidised rate for up to 8 places per day for students.
